How we make things matters. Australian industry is already cutting climate pollution by making the switch to cheaper, cleaner energy and embracing new opportunities in green manufacturing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we can do more to cut climate pollution in industry this decade, to build a safer future for our kids, and set Australia up for our next era of prosperity.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our Seize the Decade report shows that we can cut climate pollution by 75% this decade. To get there, we need to accelerate Australia\u2019s shift to clean energy and industry, stop approving new coal and gas projects that will cause more climate harm, and phase out fossil fuel exports as quickly as possible by ramping up clean alternatives that create good Aussie jobs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renewable energy from our abundant sun and wind is the cheapest, cleanest type of power and Aussie industry can seize the benefits in lower bills and new pollution-free products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our work is all about getting the right policies, action and investment in place to rapidly scale up new industries like green metals, critical minerals and clean manufacturing, and accelerate the phase out <\/em>of coal and gas which cause climate pollution. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
